Marcus Rhode offers worldwide shipping to most countries. Please review the details below to understand processing times, delivery windows, costs, and responsibilities.

Order Processing Information

  • We ship worldwide to most destinations.
  • Order cut off time is 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. 
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Transit times are between 3 - 9 days to the United States and United Kingdom. 
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
  • If we’re unable to ship to your location due to carrier or customs restrictions, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a full refund.

International carriers include:

  • DHL Express / DHL eCommerce

  • FedEx International

  • UPS International

  • National postal services (via partner networks) — e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.

  • Local last-mile carriers (used to complete delivery in your country)

Note: In some cases, international orders may be transferred to a local carrier for final delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments include tracking and can be monitored on our Track Your Order page.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at support@marcusrhode.com

  • We’ll open a case with the carrier and assist in locating or replacing your order.

Incorrect Address

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
