Shipping Costs

To give our customers the best experience, we’re now offering free shipping on all products—no minimum required.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer.

  • If we encounter any issues (payment failure, incomplete address, etc.), we’ll contact you by email before dispatch.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within:

  • Transit Time: 3–9 business days (Monday-Firday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 4-12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with a network of reliable, well-established shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location and the items ordered, your package may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other trusted regional and international carriers.

The carrier used will be based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s progress.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update.

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require reshipping at the customer’s expense.
Marcus Rhode is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from inaccurate shipping information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has entered the fulfilment stage.
